To a friend that showsthe world kindness and love

 

Michelle

 

Somewhere, far away

in a lush field of green

adjacent to rolling hills

surrounded by a clover springs

lies a pond, warm and clean.

 

Encapsulating tones

floats through

each waving ripple,

rings out to the heavens…

A call to bathe a soul

in this warm whirlpool

that wraps it soft crystals

around a body

slowly spinning

rocking

lifting...

 

the tingling feeling.

as each drop, moisturizes

massages, and renews…

Glistens in the light

day or night

in the day the sun shines

with  such intensity

that bakes

each morsel to a shine

and at night

the moon glow

reflects the positive

beauty that charges

towards  Orion,

as each ray beams

towards the heavens…

 

A scent accompanies

it as it travels long and far

a sudden burst of light

fragments in the darkness.

 

The fragrant captures

the moment like

a snap in time

forming a permanent memory

delivered to my awaiting mind

the image  of you,

my friend Michelle.
