My Heart

My Heart

A Poem by Bella-Marie

Yum Yum... hehehe

I served my heart
Upon a silver platter
With a drizzling of Lust
A sprinkling of Desire
A dash of Need
A pinch of Want

It is for you, my dear, to take.

at first, the poem (or i may call it a spell) seems to curse the lover. however, it impresses upon the latter as something to serve as a potion which is only palpable by the sensations of the heart itself, but not by the tongue. it finishes with a mystical line to allure the reader. sufficiently and curtly put indeed, though i'd like to read more of it.

short and sensual...seems to be the perfect recipe for an enjoyable read.

I like it!! Short. Sweet. To the luscious point! Nice job! :)

Hahaha. Beautiful short sweet and enjoyable. I love the way you've written in about being served and making it sound a bit like a recipe.
