Day and Night

Day and Night

A Poem by Deepika

When sun looses his shine
And hides himself behind the ocean
Moon with chivalry of constellation
Marches and rules above the horizon
While sun keeps spreading wide with his rays
Moon keeps dissolving until there's no trace
Though there are countless stars to even say
They fail to light minor percent of what a single star does in the day
Like hide and seek they appear alternate
We keep rolling over the calendar to keep track of the date
