My mind

I’ve always traveled through cycles in my mind and this is the first poem I have written

All is well and all is right
My brain just flickers that burning light
All is well and all is good
Mind control I never could
A constant cycle I cannot stop
My own demons have set up shop
Will I ever stop my brain
Or will it bring me constant pain
I just can’t stop my hurtful mind
But in the end I will be fine
Live and breathe another day
Because in this world I’m here to stay
