Unfinished Smile in the Lace Filigree of the Ocean

Unfinished Smile in the Lace Filigree of the Ocean

A Poem by Hawkmoon

Waterfront, the white wine is a reminder of some swooshing
symphony where the vineyard
is full of starlight racing against the mouth of that ancient
madwoman,
her feet pressed towards the rooftop of Heaven where the village
is upside down and singing the song of the Deaf God,
a hyperposited ballad of self reinforcing disbelief,
the syllables of light
bathed in electromagnetic nodes of non being, vortices
of converging
simultaneity
containing paradox into paradox
the way the ballerina's footsteps hover
above the Stage, ten thousand lifetimes after the Choreographer
has disappeared into the clouds
on a Chariot of Synchronicity,
the name of the angels escaping through the hues of a single blade of grass
as it gathers it's stories
against the logic of Mankind,
every molecule of chlorophyll singing some unfinished song
where Doremifasolatido is bathed in the randomnicity of Love
an anarchists' laughter,
on the edge of the sunlight
photons as indescribable as the moment of your own birth,
before the Human
Face
became an encyclopedia of Ziggurats and Phantasmagoria,
the lost Word
the Unfinished Smile,
the Lace filigree of the Ocean
racing through the generations
