Hypochondriac(?)

Poem about how I often feel.

I often feel like I'm going to die
I know for sure I have anxiety disorder
as well as suffer from panic attacks
I also know stress can kill

It will mess with your nerves
more than you can imagine
At times I can't breath.
I don't think I have asthma.. do I?

At times my heart hurts really bad
I think I'm having minor heart attacks...
My left arm hurts sometimes...
I'm scared......

But every time I say anything
they tell me it's all in my head
But every time I say something
they tell me it's just my nerves
But every time I say I mention it
they say it's just stress...

My body tells me one thing...
They all say another...
I'm too poor to get checked out...
I guess I should just be ready to die
at any day ....just in case...

This poem is about me being a hypochondriac..or not...
I'm going to free-write it so there may not be any structure or rhyming.. we will see... But then again.. who the fuck needs any of that bullshit. poetry is art.. and there is no right or wrong.

hypochondriac or not, if you feel pain then there is pain. Just because they can't find a cause doesn't mean it is all in your head. It is the fear of the unknown that causes the stress and no pill will ever cure that. Your poem is creative and rings true. Too poor to get help sticks out in my mind, so much for living in the wealthiest nation in the world.

"Poetry is art.. and there is no right or wrong" - There are some who will never understand this as they restrict creativity and imagination into a box of format and rules. They are too blind to see the real art that is out of that box and those are the ones who judge harshly while their own work lacks life. I will have to read more of your work.

I have had only one panic attack in my life...but I think yesterday I had another one...my heart has been beating way to fast lately actually..and my chest has been hurting too...hmm I don't know though because I have a tension headache...but I feel the pain in this. I liked the poem though.

I like this, I mean...I don't have breathing problems or anything, but I have problems of my own. My arm randomly starts to hurt every now and then and i get scared. But wonderful write.
