Liar

Liar

A Poem by Blake Blackstone
"

Lyrics to one of my songs called "Liar"

"
(You're a liar
God damned liar
You're a liar
F*****g liar) x2

You're a liar
and a cheater
F**k you b***h
I see through you
I can see
through your facade
Thought you had me
Thought you knew

(You're a liar
God damned liar
You're a liar
F*****g liar) x2

I trudge upon the cracks
That dwell upon your face
with such disdain
With murdered muffled words
that speak of cleanliness
and raped the innocence
Upon pretentiousness
We've all adorn

(You're a liar
God damned liar
You're a liar
F*****g liar) x4

You cracked a smile
Underneath the false words
But that's okay
omitted by my kindness
One thing to say
That I have lied to you too
Cause the truth is...
That I never loved you

(Never loved you
Never will) x4

Love is a very tough emotion to go through...whether you feel for someone or not, it stil gets the best of us. Lies can break love, fighting can break love, love is a very sensitive emotion and it gets the best of all of us eventually.
