The Garden’s Secret Place

This poem was written for a contest, that had a picture of a gazebo, and the judge wanted a little romance as well as the picture. This is what I came up with.

The Garden’s Secret Place

Fairy enchantment, magical wonderment,
a captivating world, seeped in loving romance,
a treasure trove of flower variation, blooming fully,
a sparklingly pay, leading to hidden places, quiet escapes.
Crystal moonlight, blissful night sighs, a different world,
as dancing daylight sets, nights surreal light shines bright.

Strolling the pay hand in hand, wonder never ceasing,
a stop here, a picnic over there, finally a rest in that place,
that beautiful enchanting gazebo, a thorn overlooking all.
Sweet sighs of utter surrender take place here, absorption,
a stolen kiss, s pilfered moment, a night of love, spirited away,
a man on bended knee, asking that question, adoration.

In a garden magic full, a ensorcelled place, fairies fly, thrive,
in a gazebo, the queen’s throne,  allurement so strong.
Beauty rarely matched, a place dreams come true, moments gifted,
romance swells this place, overtakes, enriches, inhabits, binds.
Lovers meet, dream, surrender to bliss, exaltation one for the other,
passions unleashed, a place to get away, a world within, yet not.

Romance’s magic resides here, in the gazebo, awaiting those
that venture forth, blessing them, devotion so strong, and love untold.
Fairies flitter here, there, bountiful garden, abundance of blooms,
twinkling laughter fills the silence, after those sweet moans of bliss,
soft sighs of longing enhance the night, after a question is popped,
such moments, ameliorate the gift of the gazebo, the garden, it’s secret place.
