Momma's Here

Momma's Here

A Poem by Bliss
"

For my daughter, Chessie. Born sleeping on 9/11/02.

"

My darling angel, have no fear, dry your eyes 'cause Momma's here.

You rest your head against my chest and slowly drift away, these moments we have are vivid dreams and dreams they have to stay.

When I awake and you're not there, my heart can feel you near. I close my eyes and whisper toyou softly, "Momma's here."

This was written through tears after I woke up and went to check on her only to remember that she wasn't there.

Bliss,
That is a beautiful poem.
I'm sure she knows it has come from your heart.

A beautiful poem of a mother's love. A love that is strong no matter what life brings.
One small typo.
