I want to write

I want to write

A Poem by Kat Williams

I want to write but have nothing in me worth putting down.

Doing quick jots...

random sentences...

random thoughts...
Jumbled...

incoherent...

drops of wetness

Wetness falling from my fingertips…

I try to single out my thoughts

I try to build on one emotion

I can’t

I can’t focus

Quick jots

Of I love yous

Changing to I don’t like you anymore

Followed by I want to f**k…you

But not right now cause I got a headache

Random sentences

Flavored with theoretical musings

And metaphoric dribble

That even I can’t decipher

And I wrote that s**t

I lived that s**t

maybe

Random thoughts of

I can’t do this anymore

I’m not a writer

I’m just a lover of words

Simple and

Complex

Words

Jumbled mess

That’s me

My mentals

My emotions

My physicals

Spin cycle of life...

Never f*****g ending

I ain’t got no more quarters

Incoherence flows all around me

I swim in its sea

You see what I’m saying?

Drowing

Drip..drop..see them fall

Words

With

No

Rhyme

Nor

Reason

No

Season

I want to write…but I have nothing
