What makes street lights under a night sky so beautiful?

Is it the rows of brightness leading the way

Or maybe the quietness it gives

The cool crisp of the air

It's safety holding you

As the eyes watch everything glow in wonder

The soul opens up

To a new world that it is seeing

The heart beats a slow rhythm

Taking everything in

Street lights are a symbol 

A symbol of life and peace

Guiding us to where we belong......

What a unique way of viewing the lights of a street in a big city!
I've always found them blinding and taking away from the essence of nature. But i can see how alot of people would really feel safe under their amber glow.
