What is the meaning of sound?

Everytime, a music found

 

The patter of rain

The rhythm of train

 

In the swishing of a skirt

The cooing of a bird

 

The giggle of a girl

Waters rushing in a swirl

 

The clatter of knives

The sigh of lives

 

In the thumping of boots

The whistle, that hoots

 

The furious scratching of a pen

The chopping of vegetables, again and again

 

In the prayer of a nun

In the retort of a gun

 

In the most ferocious bark,

The match struck, to light up the dark

Oh I loved this! Its had a rhyming scheme so that got me. And it was so simple, but the idea behind it all was really really imaginative. Haha great job. I really marvel at your ability to turn something so simple into something so fantastic =]

'The furious scratching of a pen
The chopping of vegetables, again and again'

made me think of when i used to write things and my dadiji(grandmother) used to chop vegetables, and

'In the most ferocious bark,
The match struck, to light up the dark'

has just a wonderful imagery and flow to it; well done!
