Remember us

Remember us

A Poem by Hunter Mullis

They will remember us, for this.
Out of every option we have,
This is the one we choose for ourselves.
We may not like it,
We may not enjoy it,
But we dug our own grave,
Now we must lay in it.

What we sow ... shall we reap ... being remembered is a two-edged sword; depends on if our actions were for good or evil intents. Loved the shortness of the write; containing much to ponder upon ... :-)
