Loneliness

Loneliness

A Poem by Bookish Brooks
"

A poem about sitting and being by yourself.

"
A streak on my cheek
Clear, glistening in the light
Paints my thoughts
For none to see
Desolate is the night.

A thought in the air
Calm, whispering in the night
Tells my dreams
For none to see
Forgotten in the light.

may be the most beautiful poem i have ever read that involves loneliness. read your bio....poets of pure talent are often the last to know such things. so i shall tell you....you are a poet!
