Fixing The Days

Fixing The Days

A Poem by SoozProtege
"

A tale of a young boy deciding to change his perspective

"

Through winding fog and falling snow.
Through wind and rain which whips and blows.
Through grazing plains and great plateaus.
The lost child wanders to and fro.
Enduring pain and sweet sorrow.
Waiting for the end of day, to see tomorrow.

Tomorrow never comes it's always a day away.
Take hold of your now, take charge of your day.

So now,
Fog clears.
Snow melts.
Wind ceases.
Rain subsides.
Plains grow.
Plateaus are paved.
The Moon sets.
Now sun rises,
for tomorrow.

So awake, and know, to throw away.
The pain and sorrow, the black, all the gray.
To fulfill your dream is a dream come true.
It can only be done by you.
So take all that's holding you back today.
And prepare, for tomorrow,
It's your brand, new, day.
