Fleas.

Fleas.

A Poem by Briley
"

It just kind of came to me as I was laying next to my flea infested dog.

"

First they were on you,

Now they’re on me.

Climbing the mast,

Up to new territory.

Claiming me as their own,

And you are but forgotten treasure.

Oh what a funny thing indeed,

When they jump from you to me.

Really like the different dimensions this could be read on. Almost like the media on one level or just some people in general. Nice write anyway you read it.

Hahaha, I liked it. It had a playful voice and a myriad of potential meanings. I like how you shuttled it along in such a happy way and captured a deeper sentiment.

delightful~ especially so since it presents so many possibilities for interpreattion even though it was created through observation of a doggy's predicament~
