For Peace

I feel so confused

What the hell do I do now

The black swirling mass

Of thoughts, feelings, emotions

Crowds my brain

Swells my veins

How can you not know

What you feel

How can you have two emotions

At one time

In one mind

So f*****g confused

Tire of lies, of tears

Of wasting years

Tired of silent screams

And broken dreams

Pent up

Frustration, anger, love

From down below

And up above

I just want a sense of trust

Some peaceful times

Happy thoughts

A quiet mind
