New Year

The new year

Isn't it just another day?

The day after another

twenty four hours after the year before

We make resolutions

Lose weight

see family

become famous

But can't we make these resolutions in our everyday life?

Can't we have world peace in the middle of the year?

No child goes hungry on the average weekday,

or no soldier dies in battle

We all have dreams.

We recognize them today

as something we have to start over

but we could do these whenever we wanted to

My resolution is to have a new goal everyday

Always look forward never back

don't forget the past just don't relive it

Don't worry it'll all be okay in the end

Be happy.

Live happy.

Stay happy.
