Just A Robot

Just A Robot

A Poem by xxxrawr_friendxxx
"

I wrote this for Stone. Thank you for your poem XD

"

I am yours but you'll never be mine...

As I am only a robot.

A non-existant mind that is full of everything;

Things you will never understand,

Things I keep away from you.

I am hollow

Like a metal eggshell;

Broken beyond what you humans can see.

My electronic heart cannot have feelings;

My love will always be incorrect,

I'll never work right.

This is very good. I love the first line more than than anything. "I am yours but you'll never be mine". I dont know why, it just grabbed me. Good Job. Keep up the good work!

Thanks :D
Love the portrayal of the robot as sensitive and fragile - cool juxtaposition.

Though I've read tons of work relating the human body to a robot, this one stands out. I've never heard of malfunctioning along with emotionless; I did enjoy that addition. Well done.
