Dream of Hope

Dream of Hope

A Poem by PANTHER

'To sleep, perchance to dream'*
To hope, devise and scheme.
'To think therefore I am'**
I am therefore think I can.

I've slept and had such dreams.
Hope eternal springs thus my schemes.
There am I in arabesque, to your pirouette.
I ponder not in prose, sit compose, rhyme a set.

My dreams aline sweet dark of night.
I sit, think, what can be done alright.
I tell you now twixed dreams and hope.
Chose dreams will I, as for hope, I'll cope.

*Shakespeare ( Hamlet 3:1 )
**Rene Descartes' ( Discourse on Method )
