Unwrap ThisDay

Today, unwrapped before you
I only have words to give
Not much gold in it, so true
But Delight you will receive.
An inner joy so precious
These brief lines will untie
Invisible ribbons bind us
Some can't see with the eye
So unwrap this day with me
Surprises warm as the sun
Breathe freedom in our poetry
We live and we live with fun!
