Sparks of life

Sparks of life

A Poem by CJScrawls

Sparks of life
Sparks
As in the street lamps
Motors on the bridge.
Glistening of a stranger's eye
Smile of a school kid.
Clears the disturbance.
Fills my thought with joy.
Takes me back to my old days.
Stare and gaze into me.
Give me your rhythm.
Teach me to sync into you.
Be my mentor, lead the way.
Few days to walk, see and disappear.
Shred me into peices.
Put me back together.
Carve me inside-out.
Built me into somone new.
Light me up.
Fire it up.
Burn me into flames.
Dig into me.
Cleanse me.
Shine on me, I have not seen the sun.
Luring into darkness.
I have forgetten myself.
Felony and famish.
I have seen enough.
Give me a new birth.
I am hungry.
Discouraged and disgusted.
Show me the sunrise.
For the moonshine I have seen enough.
