Creative Writing assignment

Oh Darkness in the night,
You are so peaceful,
Your stars are so bright, and Calming,
I wonder if planes can see your beauty,
 Is it the same,
 I wonder too much,
I wonder and wander into trees,
And I get chilled,

Oh Darkness in the night,
If it was not chilly or freezing outside,
I'd stay out in your calming beauty,
Forever and ever,
Or till morning light.

Dear Ms. Melissa Person Lady That Likes Music,

I randomly read other people's work when I am in the mood; unfortunately or fortunately for you, I stumbled on your page. It said to read this, so I must obey. Hm... I'd like to start out by stating that you depict what night is more wonderfully in a five letter word: peace. Though the poem itself has no flow (work on that), it is a wonderful depiction of the night and it's calming life. I love the repetition of "Oh, Darkness in the night." I particularly love the lines, "I wonder if the planes can see your beauty" because well... I've never heard that one before, but it does make sense. Congratulations on writing such a great piece and thank you for sharing this with us. I'd encourage you to always write. Kudos. 9.5/10.
