Reflections

A Poem by Cristina Frost
"

I was expressing myself when I wrote this, I felt I needed to express my feelings

"

I am not what you think,

I may seen normal to you

But your wrong…

You look at my refecltion in the mirror:

You see a anti-social loner, who is in need of a friend

I look at my reflection in the mirror:

I see just a hollow shell.

You look at my refecltion in the mirror:

You see a person filled with troubles and sorrows

I look at my reflection in the mirror:

I see a thing, a thing with many bad deeds written on it’s soul

You look at my refecltion in the mirror:

You see a person that is in need of love

I look at my reflection in the mirror:

I see a a person covered in patches of blood

When you look at my reflection in the mirror:

You see a young person with dark soulful frightened eyes

I look at the refecltion in the mirror:

I don’t see a human  or even a person

But that of a monster

A monster that has its grasp on me and ruins my life
