Steal My Breath

Steal My Breath

A Poem by Amanda
"

At the time this written I was not happy with life. Its been a while and I am much happier.

"

Steal my breath, my eternal life force

I beg of thee

Lay my weary soul to rest at last

for I cannot go on

My will has withered like a feeble flower,

Time has been unjust

I beg of thee to steal my breath

to grant me the relief I seek

So intense and sad. Could feel the burden of life overtaking the spirit. A powerful poem.
