Darkness

I can't fight this anymore.. It is a losing battle

Darkness,
It's black,
Creeping up behind me,
Ready to attack,
Smiling,
While turning my soul black,
Clutches me up,
Drowns me in fear,
Shutting everything happy down,
There is nothing left,
Not even a sound

I see where your going but its a might to hard to port if you take my meaning. This felt natural, but forced in spots. Not to say I don't like the points, just a little wind swept.
