Gray Shadows

i try to escape my past.

Slaughtering emotions
within the foggy kingdom,
leaching his last hope
from his pale colored skin.

Agony kept beating with
his heart, while he was
breathing it in.

Transplanting shadows
of his yesterdays, and
swallowing every tear
he shed.
