All Day Along

All Day Along

A Poem by Kaspar Carr
"

listen to the wind.

"
All day along
The wind has been
Whispering to me
To explore
The leaning buds
On the stony floors.

Instructing me
To burst forth
Into some nascent song
Beyond things explored
Dowering of a melody
From nightingale's throat
An incentive to gravity
Or soul stirred brevity.

Where the dusk spies
In a hidden scary
And the passions slips
Into a sudden grip
Then the twilight tries
To gather depths of the night.
