I Am A Black Woman

This piece is a motivation for black people like myself.

         People need to understand that we all have the same right

         White or Black we should be treated the same

         We all were created by the almighty father

         Why is it that the whites believe they are closer to God

         Or that they are on the highest mountain

         One day, just one day things will be different

         There will be a day the Whites will feel our pain

         We Blacks were never created to serve you Whites

         In fact we Black People have done so very much on this earth 

         We work the lands morning to night

         We come up with the ideas, invent the unexpected

         We think of our families and friends in the times of trouble 

         We support each other, we care for each other

         We were brought up with great ambition in our bloods

         But no you Whites can't stand us

         You now turn our own people against us

         Look at what is happening

         The Blacks are fighting with the Blacks

         More and more Black people are dieing of the result

         But let me say this, It is only the beginning

         Watch out Whites, We black people have courage 

         I will never give up until this world is one

         I am a proud black woman

         I will ensure peace is brought to all nations

         With God as my guidance

         I will make it through 

         We will make it through

Don't forget black on black crime has been around a long time. I have never had any problems with any black friends I have had. I grew up with back people from a young age and could never understand why they were hated by both black and white people.
