Please stay with me

Please stay with me

Just words and a re-write.

Please stay with me

 I sipped my coffee.
I Watched the movement of the branches outside my bedroom.

It was a stormy night and.
your beautiful nude body lays on the top of the blankets.

I watched your movement and struggle.
Nightmares seem to steal all your sweet dreams.

Your body trembled and shook.
I went to you and
I caressed your  beautiful face.

You wrapped your body around me and
I caressed your back and legs.
Rolled my hand through your long blond hair.

I found you on the lake.
On a beautiful Germany  Summer day.

You walked by me and I could not forget your face and
your sweet and gentle smile.

I found you again on a hot August day and
we became friends and  then lovers.

I remember your long legs and
the  see through  white dress that showed me  your  perfect body.

Your blues eyes still can steal my soul.

When you gave me sweet kisses and
whispered to me.
Please  never  leave me.

I knew I found paradise by the lights of  soft burning candles.

You awoke with tears and trembling.
I told you it will be alright.

I wiped the tears away and
I kissed you and told you good morning.

You asked me when will I leave you?

I know you are weak sometimes and
need love always around you always.

I whispered my life is twisted and
my time is limited for you.

But when I'm away from you.
I think of your smile.
Your laughter and your body wrapped around me.

  So when you lonely.
Close your eyes and dream we will always be together.

I bring your body near to me.
The heat of your body warmed up my heart and soul.
.

  I whispered I love you.

Please stay with me a little longer.

Wow........Coyote.....brilliant writing, buddy!

This is a poem that is full of life and love. Ingrained so much in reality that the words fly off the page and cut deep into the heart.
I can relate to this poem very much, Coyote. Your poems always seem to strike a chord in me. Probably because they are written from the heart and soul, just like my own poems.
Very sad, beautiful, uplifting and so full of love and tenderness.
A great write!

This might be one of the deeper poems of yours that I've read so far. I really like it. I especially love the way you've brought in a much wider view of the beloved in this message -- I'm seeing her as much more than an object of desire -- I'm seeing her as a tapestry of present moments, past memories, physical presence, & heartfelt reflections. This really makes this poem powerful & relatable. Thanks for sharing! (((HUGS)))

Your real first love. Become part of us.
You have a way of taking the ordinary intimate moments and making then into something special. Perhaps, love is more poignant when you know there is a time limit because you savor every moment, ordinary or not.

There are a few of your longer lines that might be served better by splitting them. Here is the first "You walked by me and I could not forget your face and" Perhaps a break after and, me or I.
But I do like the variation and others seem perfect as they are because they are one fluid thought without pauses.

Thanks for always sharing these little moments with us.
