![]() The white wolf and the raven dance..A Poem by Coyote Poetry![]() Some Winter poetry and thoughts.![]() The white wolf and raven dance. 1- Nocturnal life she wanted. But the raven befriended the quiet white wolf. She wanted quiet, she tried to forget. The screams of the dead. They murdered her babies, they murdered her family. The white wolf was waiting for death kiss. The raven killed a rabbit and he brought the meal to her. He sat near her and she asked. Dearest friend, what is left? You and me had hunted together for many moons. Now I am alone. The raven told her, you cannot die. If you die and join your pack. Who will tell the tale of the white wolf? I hear your brothers and sisters calling you. If you live. You will live for them. You must dance and howl to the moon, make the forest know. The white wolf is alive and well. She ate the rabbit and she asked the raven. It is a full moon, can we dance for the stars. Please sing with me, so my babies know. Their mother remember them. The raven smiled and he told her. You and I. We will make the sky know and hear. Mother love will find them one day. 2- The sky glisten with misty blue and the sea glowed with the lightest blue. He saw in the white wolf eyes, he saw forever and a maze of dreams and wishes. The raven asked her. My beautiful white wolf, where are we going to? The raven seeks a kiss and he must allow the white wolf to decide. She howled at the rising moon and she told him, daring raven. We must be brave when we attempt a kiss. Kisses demand great payment. He told her, I am willing to pay the cost. How much, must I pay? She laughed and she told him. Kisses are nice and the payment. Is a million more kisses. He kissed the white wolf and he told her. I am willing to accept the cost. Dancing Coyote
