![]() Worn and torn love.A Poem by Coyote Poetry![]() A very old poem with a rewrite.![]() Worn and torn love (For Angela. A lost and confused young lady. She never allowed me to understand her pain. Acting out parts like a woman in a cheap porno movie. I’m sorry if she were abused. My life wasn’t always so organized and demented. Finding joy and pleasure in the consumption and Her brown eyes. I wrote a simple poem for her. “Sweet Angela Maybe we will find She stood up and She danced in circles. She fell upon my bed. In the morning. We sat together drinking coffee at the Cafe. We went and sat upon the sandy beach. She told me. I smiled. I told my beautiful Angela. “Gift of the flesh is easy. “Love takes at least a lifetime.” Coyote © 2023 Coyote PoetryAuthor's Note
