We tried to grasp the wind.

We tried to grasp the wind.

A Poem by Coyote Poetry
"

April is poetry month. New poetry number twenty-six.

"

You can’t catch the wind.

(April is poetry month. New poetry number twenty six. some little poetry and thoughts.)

1- Her eyes were cold, her voice was just a whisper of hope. She told me. Dear Johnnie.

You can’t catch the wind and love is for the lucky.

2- I told the people near me. Big mouth, no guts.

Liars, create of ugliness, we do not need these men and women.

3- I adored her. She was a sunshine chaser, a sea dancer and

she prayed to the moon and the stars. I told her.

I love your Gypsy soul. Please stay with me till the end of days.

4- I asked the Gentleman Jack whiskey,

did I leave her? Or did she leave me?

Time and distance make the reasons weak and foolish.

Once we held love, we could talk deep into the night.

We were lover who accepted the goodbye,

not knowing. We had everything we needed.

4- She took off her make-up, she try to erase her daytime face.

She slowly wipe away the make-up off her face.

I went to her and I told her.

I love your natural faces, I can see a million stories in your eyes.

You are the one, who make my world turn beautiful.
