A nonexistent truth

Lies

do not believe your eyes

for they do not truly see

a film covers them

with an image of what should be

your arteries pump deception

while your heart tries to be true

your mind is next

and this blood is no longer blue

your brain knows the truth

but it's the biggest lie

for a truth is not a truth

but a lie in disguise.
