is it to be true?

The heart is an object which can be broken

but also the heart is a token

A gift only given to those trusted

because with them it wont be thrown away

He will promise he loves you and also to stay

but one day will have to go his own way

only hope that when he goes

he keeps your heart safe and comes back home

no words must be spoken for this to take place

only one heart traded for another

mine is his and his is mine

sometimes meant to be and others not

 

'till you return I stay in this spot

yet to know it you truly love me or not
