wine seems to go perfectly 

with a man 

and a pill 

when a no is silenced 

by the sounds of desire

This is a poem I had to write for a school project using a newspaper clipping. I wrote it on an alleged rapist using the details in the article.

Simple yet extremely powerful. I don't know if the absence of a period at the end was intentional, but I like it, and think that using lower case for the w in wine would make it even more so. You put the whole scene on an equal level by leaving out punctuation, removing the uppercase would only reinforce that to me. Magnificent job.
