WATCHING THE PUPPETS DANCE

WATCHING THE PUPPETS DANCE

A Poem by Chris38
"

All human life passing by.

"
I like to pass by here and watch the puppets dance
Watch them pulled this way and that, watch them pulled apart
Puppets with blue eyes, brown eyes, black eyes. the red eyed ones are many
Puppets with black hair, blonde hair, blue hair, hair of the dog

Watch the puppet master at work, watch him pick the tunes
Tunes for them to dance to, to laugh to, to cry to
Tunes for them to make love to, to make children to, to make war to
Tunes to make peace to? Never!
