Thoughts Of An Evening

Thoughts Of An Evening

A Poem by Crinkle°
"

Expected.

"

I was afraid to understand you because
we can't hate somebody that we have understood

Why do love come and go away?
I can't say 'I love you' anymore
Don't ask me why,
You know why
The great law of love is tough
For whom made a mistake on the way

I love how the words connect even though they don't rhyme. It is so full of truth, just beautiful!

Great poem. It captures the feelings of loss and trying to go over what happened.
