Vertigo

Vertigo

A Poem by Crinkle°
"

Some moments we've known. Remember.

"

In front of the awful truth
My brain has cracked up
Wtf are the benefits?
Too late to look the other way
My soul is lost,
I'm having a breakdown

sometimes...our mind and body need a "breakdown" to reset...we are all machines afterall...maintenence....
this one left me sad because i've been down desperation road before. hell of a ride, bumpy and dusty, and the scenery sucks...
here's hoping you know, you never travel those hiways and byways alone

. there are no benefits ... except that the other person continues to live a lie and we stop protesting ... there really are none ... powerfully expressed ... but your soul is not lost ... it's right here ... writing these words with you ...

Very emotional. I think we've all been through those breakdowns. They suck, but after it's all said and done we gain better insight into ourselves.

Nice usage of brevity.. and the small amount of words you utilizes do carry a mighty punch and resolute message.
