I lost my love to fear
After that my heart had fled
Whether to chase after someone dear
Or sink down and hide below

I can not say I want to know
I can not say I don't
Perhaps I'm satisfied with ignorance
Content to never learn

Without it I can't yearn
Without it I can't hurt
And without it I have a hole
That seems to make me whole
