Crutch

You leaned on me,

Like I was your crutch,

But this crutch was broken, useless,

But you still leaned,

I told you it wasn't safe, that I was unstable,

But you still used me,

But then I lost it, I lost my balance,

You slipped, you fell,

It was all my fault,

I told you so, I told you not to,

But then you smiled,

I couldn't beleive it,

You still trusted me, even when I failed,

That's all I ever wanted,

You just mended this broken crutch
