Trespassing

Trespassing

A Poem by Chyla

You Broke through the gate surrounding my heart. You stepped around the traps guarding my soul, you hid in the corridors I could never find, you spoke the thoughts that filled my mind. You found the key to the vault, you broke down the walls to find my faults. You walked the halls of my mind, and with success my secrets you did find.  You ventured through the locked door, and seen what I have hide, you crossed the line but gained my trust, respect, and love you did. You ignored the sign that read do not cross, and found my hope, which I have loss.  With fearless manor you sifted through, all my thoughts I hide from you.  You knew my fears, and you knew my past, and know I don't mind that you trespassed.
