One of my earliest works, wrote this when I was 15, I was crushing.....hard! Real hard!

Imagine that love is a tiny flame...

So I can let you know how I'm on fire:

Burning with liking

Searing with passion

Scorched with fancy...

For you

 

Imagine that lust is a water droplet...

So I can let you know that I'm a tsunami:

A storm of craving

A hurricane of desire

A flood of yearning...

For you

 

Imagine a gentle breeze as necessity...

So I can let you know that I'm blustery weather:

A typhoon of longing

A whirlwind of admiration

A cyclone of adoration...

For you

I enjoyed this immensely. Your use of potent words in your description is instructive. The only slight improvement I would make is in your 2nd line, perhaps you could describe your love as an inferno, or something like that to show how much more than a tiny flame it is. Just a thought. I relished this penning nevertheless. Good write.
