Feel Good Moment

Feel Good Moment

A Poem by Mason Rayburn

Can you feel it?
The feel good moment?
Right before it all comes down?
It's right after midnight
And right before dawn
The time before
The lights come up
The time before
The town comes alive
Come with me
Stay in the moment
Don't let this night pass you by
Come on, stay in the moment
Do you really want it to end?
I'm feeling it now
The feel good moment
It's washing over me
That fresh breeze
That icy water
Refreshing my view on life
Come on, I'm in the moment
Where are you?
Grab my hand
And I'll pull you back in
We're here now
Here together
Sharing this moment of love
World-wide love
Come on and share in the moment
It belongs to everyone
Here comes the dawn
But why should it end?
Let's party right into Monday
Who cares about work
Or the daily grind?
Just stay in the moment
Don't be left behind

I like this piece, but instead of " Just stay and the moment" I think it would help the flow if it said "in the moment." :)
