Mental Health is Important. Never forget you matter and you can get through it.

I wish I could sleep
but I'm so afraid
The demons they creep
rotting in place
There they are standing
 arms everlooming
Shadows terrify
Like a nazi saluting
Eyes empty and dark
Abominations with hallow hearts
Sickly smiles that stay with you awhile
If you try and provoke
It's you who will get broke
Without lifting a finger
You, yourself will make you choke
But that's their unholy thunder
Ready to take you under
Always a dastardly tale that ends in despair
Or, so they have convinced you
you are but a utensil
So go forge your armour
make your personality conquer
Your mind is strong
Mold it as a weapon
Built for protection
If i failed to mention
Getting rid of your buddies
It is well out of the question
Its cradle to the grave
Bunk mates in the brain
But if you train
You can always bring an umbrella in the rain.

Having worked in the mental health field for 27 years, I have some comprehension of what the speaker is saying. Hallucinations can be terrifying and controlling. In the worst cases they can cause people to harm themselves or others. I applaud the speaker's determination.
