The Struggle

I was having a pretty decent morning and put together some of my scattered thoughts on the concept of struggle

The Struggle

Choices, opinions - we are all entitled to one

Independence, freedom -  a quest for everyone

Seek to find the truth, for truth is the enemy of fear

Freedom, patience - the path to a raving future

Hope, the song of the brave

The free, relentless, strong and kind folks

The struggle and hustle always continues

Till the mirage of the future is reached

Our anthem is war

The war for the soul, the battle for life

In war, peace is found - it’s a Ying Yang

The path lies ahead, the brave seize their moment

Chaos, a foe - a disruption in the force

Together, darkness must be eschewed - far from the present

In the quest for honor, civility & respect must be sought

Aluta continua, the struggle continues -  victory is near

again a political interpretation for me, the irony that where there is war there is peace, i remember the book the art of war, where there things we simply can't understand that only a war can make us understand. the yin-yang of taoism and lao-tzu plays close to the war and peace thing in order to have balance.
