Earthly Warriors

Earthly Warriors

A Poem by ✒☁Chau Madden Lively Richland
"

A deadly war for survival in spite of grace!

"
Previous Version
This is a previous version of Earthly Warriors.

In this land where I reside,

Mighty dirt figures receive life.

Armed with shiny armors, they protect the strong.

Young and old, alike, sit around to stare.

Upon waiting for Destiny to arrive,

Men found their true fate being locked at sea.

As the darkness swept across sky,

Men strike men without bound,

Leaving gain unjustified.

The outcry remains for reprisal.

Sanctify the weak in place of the strong.

Endless games they play viciously.

Darwin’s law for survival is always at test.

Upon contradictions for just and unjust,

Is it our faults the creator leaves us to shame?

Damnation to this land where it is ruined.

Be it during dark hours,

God gives us grace for his creatures to share.
