In sumptuous and justifiably worthy praise of Doria Ragland!

Self-explanatory

You’re indeed by any definition of that term an absolutely

splendid mother! Highly commendable in that regard

and likewise discernibly a most dignified Mum as

well! And furthermore to anyone with even a

modicum of common sense let alone a morally induced

and totally principled conscience with additionally

eyes which can and do accurately see the several

and outstanding humane qualities that though

to you are inherently inborn are themselves

none the less attentively, religiously and

meaningfully for the sole benefit, the

philanthropically physical and the

psychological improvement of

others, perpetually and most

civilizingly worked upon!

 

Making you, Doria Ragland a truly impeccable,

an undeniably outstanding and a gilt-edged

amazing woman Doria Ragland! Yet,

at the same time, a delightfully self-effacing

African-American woman. Or as I very

clearly and in all earnestness will

avow, the consummate lady!

 

And so it’s completely unsurprising to me Doria Ragland

that you not only gave birth to such an awe-inspiring

daughter whom you named Rachel Meghan, and

who in turn has become such an outstanding

credit to you and the perceptive elements

of mankind; is herself specifically because of your

profoundly astute and excellent parenting skills

Doria Ragland, now systematically blasting

apart the stuffy, racist, antediluvian and

abominable, class-ridden limitations

that for far too long have impeded

the enlightened march forward

of a fresh, rightly democratic

and a patently meritocratic

world with its associated

international societies.

 

But an energized stance also by your daughter

Meghan that has gotten the entire planetary

population talking, seriously thinking

and supportively reacting. And all

of this in no trifling measure

due to you, my genuinely

inspirational African

American, Soul

Sister Doria

Ragland!

Having travelled the world widely professionally, vocationally and during my voluntary military service with the British Royal Air Force I can honestly say that among the numerous and thoroughly exciting things I’ve seen and intently witnessed, nothing has naturally, satisfyingly comforted or inspirationally enthused me as a sunrise and sunset in my tropical paradisiacal  ancestral homeland of Barbados!

 

And correspondingly in human terms that same joie de vivre is instinctively exemplified in me by you Dora Ragland, your exceedingly marvellous daughter Meghan; outstandingly courageous, honourable and humane son-in-law Harry, and jointly their discernibly cherished son and your immensely adored grandson Doria Ragland, Archie.

 

Four remarkable, by any positive and etymological description of that term, individuals that have my indissoluble friendship combined with an earnest entreaty by me for God’s eternal blessing and protection for you all!

 

For in characteristic Barbadian religious acknowledgement and equally indefatigable social terms, both of which I’m ethically, religiously and culturally steeped in: “If God is for you what does it matter who is against you!”
