Father killed the Mother & Daughter, then killed himself

Another Hellish day in a nice suburban home

He had an angry temper, this information was well-known

Guns are purchased cheap but there is a higher cost

Now we cry together mourning three lives lost

Always angry at his job and always angry at his wife

On a day of desperation he took his own family's life

He couldn't cope with life perhaps he suffered mental illness

A house that had a family now sits alone in silent stillness

The lady was a mother and an angry man's spouse

Suffering tormented, living violence in the house

The daughter sat in classrooms and put on a smile to pretend

Her friends are now in shock they can't believe this is the end

The police walked in the house it was the worst he'd ever seen

Their fate decided by a Gun before God could intervene

The sun will always shine and a new day will always dawn

And together we'll remember yet another family gone

I drove by the house where a man killed his wife and daughter, then himself, and I was inspired to write this as soon as I got home.
