Kinda self-explanatory

"That's a damn lie,"

you say softly,

sweetly,

as your lips meet mine gently.

I loved how you never

let me feel bad about myslef.

You made me feel beautiful.

Your arms around me,

and our fingers

intertwined.

I felt safe.

Although those moments

are only in the oast,

there isn't a day

that goes by,

whitout you in my head.

I know how she feels,

when you two share

a secret smile,

while you hold her.

The crack running through

my heart

extends farther.

As I put these words down,

I hope for healing to

come along.

It's far past the time,

to forget,

and move on.
